If you watch Gossip Girl on CW 11 then you might be familiar with a character by the name of Blair Waldorf. Many people recognize her by her snooty attitude on the show. But I recognize her by her wardrobe. She is ALWAYS fly, classy, and put together. Her headbands are a major part of her wardrobe and they seem to top off everything. She is simply fabulous.
